How are we funded

Free Initial Advice

Any initial advice we provide to you (either on the telephone, via e-mail, live chat or online forum) is given for free without charge or obligation.

Company Liquidation

If you decide to liquidate your company, an Insolvency Practitioner will be appointed. Their task will be to prepare a statement of affairs for the company and to facilitate a creditors meeting where the liquidator will be appointed.

The costs associated with this activity will vary depending on the size and complexity of the company. The charge will normally start at £3000+VAT

These charges may be paid for from cash which the company is still due from debtors or from the sale of its assets. However if there is no likely prospect of the funds being raised in this way then they must be borne by the company’s directors.

Once the solution is implemented, the Insolvency Practitioner will pay Wilmott Turner a fee for the work we have undertaken preparing your initial statement of affairs documentation. This cost paid by the partner company and is not payable as extra by the client.

Debt solutions for Company Directors

We also implement personal debt solutions for company directors struggling with personal guarantees or other personal debts.

The fees charged for these services are available on request
